We are looking for a Welding Team Leader at Metallprodukter!

About the Company

Today, we have grown to about 30 employees and a turnover of approximately 50 million SEK. Our factory is located in Edsbyn, in the picturesque Hälsingland. Production is carried out in our own newly renovated premises, with modern machinery. Your Responsibilities

As a team leader, you will be responsible for leading and distributing work within the welding department. You are an important link between the production manager and the team of welders, ensuring that work flows according to plan, with the right quality and efficiency. You will actively work with welding daily and serve as a role model in practical work.

• Lead and distribute daily work in the welding group
• Ensure that production meets set goals and deadlines
• Be a communication link between the production manager and the welding department
• Perform welding work in daily production
• Contribute to improvement work in quality, safety, and efficiency
• Support and develop team members

Your Background/Attributes

• Have documented experience in welding.
• Have experience leading or coordinating work in production.
• Be structured, responsible, and communicative.
• Enjoy combining practical work with leadership.
• Have good collaboration skills and a solution-oriented approach.
